VP of Reinsurance
- Work with senior management team to develop overall reinsurance strategy by creating and utilizing various vehicles and capital
- Develop and implement the Reinsurance Management Framework, Reinsurance Guidelines and other related protocols such as security management
- Responsibility for placing all reinsurance for OneInfinity and OneDegree HK as required
VP of Underwriting
- As a member of the senior leadership team, participate in and contribute to the company’s strategic planning
- Identify specific markets and product that will contribute to OneInfinity’s growth and develop underwriting road map to achieve the plan
- Development, implementation, and update of underwriting guidelines including applications, pricing tools, etc
